Max is a partner at Eastlake Legal. His practice focuses on meeting the legal needs of businesses, creative professionals and individuals in the entertainment and creative industries. Max's practice focuses on business organization, entertainment industry, copyright, trademark, IT,  non-profits and civil litigation. Max uses his experience and creativity to help protect and enforce his client's rights and guide them towards achieving their goals.

Max has served as the Chair, Co-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer of the Minnesota Bar Association’s Sports, Arts & Entertainment Section. He has taught courses in Entertainment and Intellectual Property at colleges and seminars, and was named a SuperLawyers Rising Star in 2019 and 2020.

When not practicing law, Max is saxophone sideman for hire playing and recording with a variety of artists.  In his non-existent free time, Max enjoys disc golf, video games, and watching movies.
